1. Digital Educational Product

Marriage Green Card offers digital educational materials and online training.

Because access may include immediate access to proprietary videos, frameworks, templates, checklists, downloads, examples, and other digital resources, refund rules are limited and are described below.

2. Refund Window

Unless otherwise stated at checkout, purchases are eligible for a refund only during the refund window shown on the checkout page or offer page.

You may request a refund within the allotted number of days of purchase by contacting us at [email protected].

Refund requests made after the allotted number of days are not eligible for a refund.

3. No Refunds After Refund Window

After the refund window expires, all purchases are final.

We do not provide refunds after the refund window because the product is a digital educational product and access to the materials may already have been granted.

5. Processing Time

If a refund is approved, it will be processed back to the original payment method.

Refunds are not provided based on immigration outcomes, government processing times, RFEs, interviews, delays, denials, changes in personal circumstances, or a decision not to continue with the process.

The product is educational and does not guarantee any immigration result.

7. Duplicate Purchases

8. Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback, we may suspend access to the educational materials while the dispute is pending.

We reserve the right to provide payment records, access logs, refund policy terms, and other relevant information to the payment processor in response to a dispute.
